The company manages multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment using internal estimating processes supported by tools like Bluebeam and manual workflows.

Location:

Irvine, CA 92614

Salary:

$75-$80k

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (flexible after start)

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze blueprints for accuracy and completenes Support bidding efforts and pricing compilation Perform takeoffs, layouts, and markups to determine bid quantitie Calculate fixture, device, equipment, and power requirements Use takeoff software for measurements and quantity counts Track bid invitations and help manage bid pipeline priorities Send drawings to suppliers and organize incoming quotes If you're comfortable working in a fast-paced estimating environment, this role is a strong opportunity to grown in the construction industry!
