The San Diego based firm is seeking a high-energy, multi-faceted, multi-disciplined Associate Consultant to join our team in our fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Knowledge of construction standards and practices Construction and Cost Estimating experience Ability to read plans and specifications, perform take-offs On-site inspection and observation of build environment Preparation of observation reports Familiarity with building code research Unrestricted ability to travel is required Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required 5 to 10 yeas construction experience preferred
