Compensation:

$500 hourly

Responsibilities:

Inquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposal and budgets Work closely with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers Supply accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs Estimate time, labor, construction materials, and product costs to determine overall cost for construction projects

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is needed Bachelors' degree in civil engineering, accounting, construction management, or related field is required Exceptional time-management, project management, and communication skills are essential Critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills are required Extensive experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software About Company Rusty Bucket Construction LLC is a Construction Management company registered in the State of California that works as a Prime Contractor and specializes in government projects.
