Role Description We are seeking a Lead Estimator for a full-time, on-site position based in the Elk grove-Lodi Area. The Lead Estimator will prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC, Sheetmetal, and Seismic Joint projects. Responsibilities will include reviewing project drawings and specifications, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, performing cost analysis, managing bidding processes, and collaborating with the project management team. Attention to detail and effective communication are essential for success in this role. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for Sheetmetal, and Seismic Joint projects. Knowledge of Bluebeam and other estimating software required. Project and time management skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in estimation software or construction project management tools Strong collaboration skills to engage with clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate cost analysis and reporting Strong verbal and written communication skills Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field is preferred, 3-5 years experience in a similar role within the HVAC, Sheetmetal, or construction industries is highly desirable and viewed as equivalent to a degree. Opportunities for overtime available within this role as needed. This positions pay scale is between 75,000 to 85,00 depending on qualifications and experience. We are an equal opportunity employer.
