In-House Roofing Project Manager/ Trainee Estimator Overview Southwest Roofers is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an In-House Roofing Project Manager/ Trainee Estimator . No prior roofing project management experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is: A fast learner Organized and efficient Eager to learn new skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to grow within the company This role will support roofing projects from approval through completion by assisting with quotes, coordination, scheduling, and project tracking. Responsibilities Assist in preparing roofing quotes and estimates Support project coordination and job tracking Follow up on approved jobs and project timelines Coordinate roofing materials and deliveries Communicate with vendors, suppliers, crews, and internal teams Assist with scheduling crews and start dates Update project notes, documentation, and status reports Learn roofing systems, materials, and project workflow Help ensure projects stay organized and on schedule Qualifications Minimal experience is accepted — training will be provided Roofing, construction, customer service, or office coordination experience is a plus Strong willingness to learn and take initiative Good communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory What We're Looking For We want someone with the right attitude and work ethic: ✔ Fast learner ✔ Coachable ✔ Detail-oriented ✔ Reliable and accountable ✔ Team player ✔ Eager to grow professionally Work Environment In-house / office-based role Fast-paced construction and roofing environment Opportunity for long-term growth and training within the company
