Only experienced painting estimators will be considered . This position is a full time position.A qualified individual should:
Be able to provide complete pricing for project based on photos and plans provided- Perform complete Takeoff in industry standard software packages (i.e. PlanSwift )
- Assist in any requested pricing updates based on plan changes
- Demonstrate history of expertise in paint estimation, coating and finishes (paint, wallcovering, wall panels, ...) surveying
- Full delivery of proposals and completion of the sales cycle Requirements
- Be able to provide samples of takeoff completed in commercial painting field
- Experience in commercial painting estimation
- Proficiency of computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent people skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
