Roofing Sales Representative / Estimator Reno's Roofing is looking for a motivated, professional Roofing Sales Representative / Estimator to join our growing team. We are a premium roofing company based in the San Fernando Valley focused on quality work, strong customer service, safety, and long-term reputation. We are not a high-pressure sales company chasing volume at all costs. We focus on doing quality work, maintaining strong margins, and building long-term relationships with homeowners and property managers. This position is ideal for someone who: understands roofing communicates professionally is hungry to grow can close deals wants real earning potential takes pride in representing a strong company Leads will be provided, but we strongly value individuals who can also generate opportunities through networking, follow-up, referrals, and self-generated leads. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners and property managers to inspect roofs and provide estimates Build trust with customers through professionalism and communication Create roofing proposals and explain scope of work clearly Follow up on leads and help guide customers through the sales process Coordinate with office staff and production team for smooth project execution Maintain organized records of estimates, photos, and customer communication Learn and understand roofing systems, materials, ventilation, flashing, and waterproofing methods Help uphold Reno's Roofing reputation for quality and service Qualifications Roofing or construction experience preferred Sales experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and dependable Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely Comfortable using phones, photos, email, and basic software tools Compensation Performance-based compensation High earning potential Leads provided Opportunity for growth within a stable and growing roofing company Top performers can earn well into six figures.
