Senior Project Manager / Estimator - Heavy Civil Construction ???? Modesto, CA (On Site) ???? $125,000 - $150,000 DOE ???? Full Time | Exempt About the Role We're partnering with a well-established construction company seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to lead heavy civil and general construction projects from bid through completion. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives owning projects end to end, driving results in the field, and building strong relationships with clients and teams. If you take pride in running tight projects, delivering quality work, and being the person others rely on to get it done right, this is a strong opportunity to step into a key leadership role. What You'll Do Lead projects from pre-construction through closeout including budget, schedule, and execution Prepare and manage detailed estimates based on plans, specifications, and subcontractor input Track project costs, forecasts, and approve invoices Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders Maintain strong communication with clients and job site teams Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, and environmental standards Drive accountability, performance, and successful project delivery What We're Looking For 20 plus years of experience in heavy civil or general construction Proven experience managing projects from start to finish Estimating experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Highly organized with strong follow through Proficiency in Microsoft Office Why Join Opportunity to own projects from bid through completion Work with a team that values accountability and quality Strong compensation aligned with experience Stable company with a consistent pipeline of work Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to protected status.
