This is an onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity based in Ontario, California.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and bids for door and frame projects across multifamily and healthcare sectors. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret construction drawings, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bids for door and frame projects
• Review project plans, specifications, and construction drawings for accuracy
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align pricing and timelines
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors throughout the bid process
• Track and manage bid activity and project pipeline
• Support project handoff to internal teams upon award

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in estimating or sales within doors, frames, or related construction materials
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $30-$40, depending on experience, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role.
