We are seeking an experienced Estimator - Construction for our office located in Orange, California. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): ­ Reviewing bid documents ­ Generate RFI's prior to bid submission ­ Attend pre-bid meetings and visit project sites ­ Coordinate job walks and discuss project with key trades for accurate pricing ­ Work with construction team to identify trade specific scope of work ­ Review and analyze subcontractor proposals ­ Estimate take off quantities ­ Prepare final bid package for submission ­ Coordinate project kick-off internally with submittals, operations & accounting departments ­ Review project status and cost on active project ­ Cultivate & maintain relationships with clients and sub-contractors Additional duties as needed

Qualifications:

­ Understanding of construction and materials ­ Proficient in Bluebeam preferred Proficient in Sage 300 Estimating preferred ­ Experience in the demolition and environmental industry preferred ­ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills ­ Proficiency in Excel, Word & Outlook required ­ Must have a college degree We are an equal opportunity employer.
