Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:

Must be proficient using Xactimate, and products to write estimates for water, fire, and mold jobs Collaborate with Account Managers and adjusters to scope and submit timely estimates Ensure estimates are aligned with carrier guidelines and standards Update status and documentation in CRM (DASH/Cotality)

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in restoration estimating Proficient in Xactimate and insurance carrier platforms Excellent communication and negotiation skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

IICRC Certification (WRT, ASD, FSRT) Bilingual (Spanish)

Knowledge of MICA, Docusketch, COTALITY Job Type:
