Together, we create something unique that keeps on growing year after year. Highlights of what our Estimator will do: Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid. Execute take-offs of construction documents in the Onscreen takeoff program. Input take-offs into sage estimating program. solicit and obtain pricing for materials and subcontractors. Determine the cost of all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractors to complete the project. Informs immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or computer database. Prepares cost analysis by capturing all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs required for installation of projects. Attend meetings as required Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Senior Estimator will include, but not limited to: 2-3 years' experience as a landscape/construction estimator. Construction estimating experience required. Landscape construction estimating is preferred. Experienced with takeoff and estimating software OnCenter, and Timberline a plus Intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel and mathematics Extremely detailed and strong work ethic Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook OST & Sage Estimating experience preferred but not required Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
