Weekly Payroll Job Description:

MUST HAVE DIVISION 10 EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE

Responsible for most pre-construction activities including organizing, evaluating, and pricing all potential projects. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate estimates, that allow the company to meet its sales objectives.

Required Skills and Abilities Include:

 Superior ability to multi-task, coupled with strong memory recall skills  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy  Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines  Strong written and verbal communication skills  Self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility  Able to work in a team-environment and independently  Must be able to speak and read English  Construction Experience a Plus +  Must be able to pass a chemical and drug test as a condition of employment.  Must be able to pass a background check
