Job Description

Sewer, Water & Storm Drain Estimator Full-Time Position | Competitive Pay | Residential & Commercial Projects We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sewer, Water & Storm Drain Estimator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking for long-term, full-time work with a company that values experience, accuracy, and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for underground utility projects Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, equipment, and materials Prepare bids, project budgeting and project manage all Underground jobs Review project scopes for residential and commercial developments Coordinate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in sewer, water, and storm drain construction Experience with both residential and commercial projects Strong understanding of underground utility construction methods and standards Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with computers and estimating software Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
