This position is ideal for someone with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, construction estimating, or facility engineering experience who is looking for long-term career growth with a stable, family-owned company. Compensation:

$25 - $45 hourly

Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals for commercial HVAC projects Coordinate scheduling and communication with field technicians Maintain project updates and customer communication through CRM software Review project specifications, labor, and material requirements Support sales and operations teams with technical and administrative tasks Ensure accurate pricing and timely follow-up with customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications:

2-10 years of experience in HVAC or related trades Commercial HVAC experience preferred Experience in estimating, quoting, project coordination, or technical sales is a plus Strong computer and typing skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic About Company We are a leading commercial HVAC company based in the heart of San Diego (Kearny Mesa).
