We specialize in delivering high-quality installations, modernizations, repair, and maintenance services to enhance accessibility and value for our clients' properties. Job Summary The Service Associate is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in evaluating repair and maintenance requests, researching parts, preparing accurate cost estimates, and drafting proposals for clients for our Northern California region. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, is computer savvy, and possesses a strong hustle and hungry attitude.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities Analyze Requests :
Review repair and service recommendations from mechanics.
Research Parts :
Source necessary parts, verify availability, and obtain pricing from suppliers.
Prepare Cost Estimates :
Develop detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, and other expenses under the direction of the Service Manager.
Draft Proposals :
Create clear, professional proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards. Review with
Superintendent :
Collaborate with the field superintendent to review proposals for accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with operational capabilities.
Client Communication :
Send proposals to clients, and assist with responding to inquiries, and provide clarifications to facilitate decision-making.
Maintain Records :
Document all estimates, proposals, and client communications for reference and reporting purposes. Qualifications Desired Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Basic computer knowledge - Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel) 2+ years of professional experience preferably in a trade or construction-related business
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in online research. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
