This role is ideal for someone with strong estimating and project management experience in the commercial construction or facilities maintenance industry. Estimator/Project Manager Key Responsibilities Perform bid services and prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial clients Conduct site visits, assessments, and reviews of bid documents Manage the proposal process from start to finish Review Zoho or designated database for new bid requests Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements Prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals Estimator/Project Manager Preferred Qualifications Strong background in commercial construction estimating (3+ years) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite About AAA Facility Services Since 1995, AAA Facility Services has been committed to delivering skilled trade services with a customer-first philosophy.
