This position is ideal for someone who understands remodeling projects, can evaluate site conditions, prepare estimates, and confidently guide homeowners through project decisions. This is not an entry-level sales role. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations Evaluate project feasibility and site conditions Prepare accurate estimates and scopes of work Present remodeling solutions aligned with client goals and budgets Track proposals and follow up with clients Qualifications Minimum 2+ years residential remodeling experience (required) Estimating or construction sales experience strongly preferred Ability to understand layouts, plumbing, electrical, and framing considerations Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable using computers and Google Workspace Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + performance-based earning opportunity 401(k) plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM If you have remodeling experience and estimating ability and want to move into a professional client-facing role, we'd like to meet you.
