Estimator oversees small to medium-scale projects with a focus on accurate cost estimation and effective project execution. This role involves planning, resource allocation, and maintaining quality while ensuring clear communication with clients and team members. Procore is the primary software tool for project tracking and estimation. Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans and schedules Prepare accurate cost estimates for small to medium-scale projects Allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals Identify and manage risks to minimize project impact Maintain moderate client communication to align expectations and provide updates Monitor budgets to ensure projects remain within financial constraints Coordinate team activities to ensure timely progress Review contracts to confirm compliance and feasibility Ensure quality standards are met throughout project execution Required Qualifications 4 years of experience in estimating, minimum Preferred Qualifications Experience in project management and cost estimation Skills in risk management and budgeting Knowledge of contract management and communication Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in time management, scheduling, and material handling
