We are looking for an experienced estimator who can take ownership of the bidding process and produce accurate, complete estimates across a wide range of projects. Job Description We are looking for a construction estimator with experience who can assist with estimating and grow into handling full project bids. The right person should be able to read plans, perform takeoffs, and support the bidding process. Responsibilities Review plans and project documents Perform quantity takeoffs Build accurate project estimates (labor, materials, subs) Request and compare subcontractor bids Work with the team to ensure profitable projects Requirements 2+ years estimating experience Strong knowledge of general construction Experience reading plans Understanding of construction methods Takeoff / estimating experience Education High school diploma or equivalent Pay $29+ per hour (depending on experience)
