Full Job Description Job Title:
Estimator / Project Manager We are seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to join our team and oversee fencing projects from initial client inquiry to project completion. In this role, you will combine technical knowledge, project management skills, and customer interaction to ensure accurate estimates, timely execution, and exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare accurate project estimates by assessing client requirements, site conditions, and material needs. Develop detailed proposals, including cost breakdowns, timelines, and labor requirements. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and installation teams to schedule projects and ensure deadlines are met. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress, budgets, and resources. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism on all projects. Document project details, maintain records, and provide regular updates to clients and management. Identify recurring issues or opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is a plus. Proven experience in construction, fencing, or a related trade, with a strong understanding of estimating and project management. Proficiency with estimating software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects concurrently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
