Fence Estimator

Job Description & Duties:

Duties The estimator will meet on site with both residential and commercial customers (approximately 6 per day) at scheduled appointments. This estimator will promote EEFS' Company philosophy and any fence related products and services. They will gather the customer's expectations which include fence style, height, length of fence line, photos with descriptions & videos (Company Cam), tree or brush removal, permitting, and any other special circumstances. This estimator will then create a quote in EEFS's software, using all gathered customer information and EEFS' costs of materials/labor etc,. This quote will include presenting all pricing options, from cost reduction to upgraded choices. The estimator will then email the customer a quote, Follow-up with customer (and negotiate ethically) on any questions, changes or concerns and convert estimate to an invoice. Once an estimate is converted to an invoice, with EEFS' owners approval, place order for materials with vendors and schedule date for installation. Position will be full time, Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm. This may be adjusted as business requirements dictate, such as occasional overtime and some week-end work. As part of the Eagle Eye Fencing Specialists' Team, we will work with you and train you to insure your success. Requirements Estimating or experience in the Construction or Fencing Industry a plus but not required. Must have excellent measuring & math skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Must be able to navigate multiple software apps. Communicate orally and in writing in English (bilingual is a plus) Must be a caring, understanding and compassionate individual with Excellent listening skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, EEFS' owner, fence installers, office staff and vendors. Must have a Positive Attitude & be eager to learn.

person with consistent attendance Must have valid driver's license and be approved by insurance company. Background check & drug screen. Pay/Benefits 30% Commssion on net profits generated. Goal based incentive plan/bonus Company vehicle and phone provided.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
