Job Description The Estimator will be responsible for: Preparing detailed estimates for large‑scale commercial and multifamily projects Analyzing drawings, specifications and scope to develop accurate budgets Collaborating closely with preconstruction, project management and leadership Supporting negotiated work with trusted, repeat clients (no hard bidding) Participating in value engineering and cost optimisation discussions Assisting with preconstruction planning for projects from $30M
