will be responsible for:
Prepare detailed conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates for large commercial and multifamily projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and scopes to develop accurate pricing and risk assessments Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and leadership teams during project planning Develop subcontractor scopes, solicit pricing, and evaluate proposals Participate in value engineering and cost‑saving strategies without sacrificing quality Support negotiated work with trusted repeat clients rather than competitive hard bids MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field 5-7+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor or builder‑developer Experience estimating projects valued between $30M and $100M+ Multifamily estimating experience strongly preferred (commercial experience also considered) Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with senior leadership What's on Offer The Estimator
