This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex site work projects from inception through completion, ensuring accurate cost estimation, effective project management, and seamless coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, strong technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. Responsibilities Prepare detailed construction estimates for site work projects by analyzing plans, specifications, and bid documents using tools such as EDGE and Bluebeam. Develop comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure accurate cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure favorable contracts and pricing agreements. Manage all aspects of project execution on-site, including coordinating construction activities, overseeing safety protocols, and ensuring adherence to project schedules. Monitor project costs continuously to identify potential overruns early; implement corrective actions to maintain profitability. Review and manage contracts, change orders, and scope adjustments in collaboration with project stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery and resolve issues promptly. Requirements Associate's degree in construction management or Bachelor's in engineering, or architecture. 3+ years of proven experience in construction estimating/project management with a focus on site work projects. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, contracts, cost control strategies, and project scheduling. Proficiency with Bluebeam for document markup and review; experience with EDGE or similar estimating software is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients and subcontractors to achieve win-win outcomes. Hands-on construction site experience that provides insight into field operations and safety standards. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present clear project updates.
