Construction Estimator Commercial & Residential Asphalt & Concrete Projects Position Overview Advanced Paving Services is currently seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. This position requires prior estimating experience in asphalt, concrete, and site work for both commercial and residential projects. Required Experience & Skills Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans Site takeoffs and quantity calculations On site measurements and estimating Experience estimating asphalt, concrete, and site work projects Ability to prepare accurate estimates and proposals Strong organizational and communication skills What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and experienced in preparing accurate and professional estimates. Applicants should be capable of managing multiple projects, communicating effectively, and working efficiently in a fast paced construction environment.
