Estimator - Shell Construction Division We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our growing construction team. This is an in-office position focused on preparing accurate estimates and material takeoffs for shell construction projects including concrete work, drywall, framing, and stucco. The ideal candidate has strong construction knowledge, understands reading plans and performing takeoffs, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where organization and accuracy matter.

Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates for:

Concrete shell work Drywall Metal and wood framing Stucco systems Review construction drawings and specifications Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier pricing Assist with budgeting and project cost analysis Maintain organized estimate files and job documentation Coordinate with project managers and field teams regarding scope and pricing Help track estimate performance versus actual project costs Maintain estimating pipeline Qualifications Construction estimating experience preferred Knowledge of construction methods and materials Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Experience with quantity takeoffs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with computers and construction software Houzz Pro estimating software experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Position Details Full-time In-office position Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing construction company Preferred Experience Concrete or shell construction background Drywall, framing, or stucco estimating experience Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers Knowledge of Florida construction practices is a plus

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
