Full Job Description Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Estimating Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare basic cost estimates. Request and organize quotes from vendors and subcontractors. Assist in preparing proposals, bid packages, and supporting documents. Track bid deadlines and maintain estimating files. Office Administration Manage general office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling, filing, and ordering supplies. Support project managers with documentation, reports, and data entry. Maintain organized digital and physical records. Assist with invoicing, timesheets, and basic bookkeeping tasks (as needed). What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and technical documents. Good communication skills with vendors, clients, and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt as the company grows.
