The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, managing budgets, and ensuring precise project assessments. The role involves reviewing project documents, collaborating with team members, and communicating effectively with clients and vendors to deliver accurate and competitive bids. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the success of our construction projects. Responsibilities Include Estimating Heavy Civil / Roadway projects ranging from $200K - $100 Million Subcontractor coordination and relations Ability to review and determine requirements for Bids, Qualifications, and Proposals Coordinate, Prepare, and Administer Bid Documents for Governmental and Private Industry Clients Experience Experience in the Heavy Civil, Roadway, Airport, and Utility Construction Industry Good Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Agtek, Bid 2 Win, Procore) Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs techniques Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting Exceptional Communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in calculations and documentation Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment About Us Ranked as one of the top Best Places to Work in the Nation, Wright Construction Group is a trusted leader in delivering comprehensive construction services for both civil and building projects.
