Estimator - Construction (Luxury Retail) Miami, Florida | ???? Full-Time Work on high-profile construction projects for globally recognized luxury retail brands. We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with a strong background in cost planning, budgeting, and preconstruction to support a growing pipeline of complex retail builds. About the Role As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates across all project phases. This role focuses on construction scope, budgeting, and cost control while supporting high-end retail buildouts and flagship developments. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and budgets Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes for accuracy and completeness Perform quantity takeoffs covering all trades and construction components Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier bids Develop pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and general conditions Identify cost risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities Support bid submissions, contract negotiations, and preconstruction planning Work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure alignment from estimate to execution Requirements 3-5+ years of construction estimating experience Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and trade sequencing Experience with commercial, retail, or high-end interior projects preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, or similar estimating tools Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills What's Offered Competitive compensation ($80K-$100K+ depending on experience) Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Exposure to complex, high-value construction projects Long-term growth within a stable and expanding construction team Why Join?
