Description:
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 15+ years of estimating experience 5+ years as a Chief Estimator, Preconstruction Director, or similar leadership role Experience working for a General Contractor Experience supervising estimating teams of 8+ employees Strong conceptual, schematic, design development, GMP, and construction estimating experience Experience with RFP/RFQ preparation and analysis Strong knowledge of construction methods, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and negotiations
Preferred:
GMP and CMAR project delivery experience Lean Construction experience VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) Institutional, Healthcare, Commercial, Educational, and Mixed-Use project experience
