None Required The Opportunity You will step into a pivotal role managing high-volume bidding and takeoff operations within a thriving, private equity-backed glass company. This position gives you the platform to directly influence revenue and fuel expansion strategy within a highly collaborative office culture. You will leverage your technical insight to shape project profitability while benefiting from a legacy of stability and industry trust. How You Will Make an Impact Perform detailed material takeoffs and blueprint reviews to ensure precise scope coverage. Generate accurate labor and material cost estimates for high-volume, quick-duration commercial projects. Utilize Procore to organize, track, and streamline the estimating and client bidding process. Build advanced Excel spreadsheets to evaluate project complexities and labor expenditure. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Client Relations team to build winning proposals. Translate complex architectural drawings into clear, actionable estimates for the field team. Support private equity growth goals by maintaining aggressive accuracy standards on high-margin bids. Required Qualifications & Experience Strong experience in commercial glass and glazing estimation, or a related exterior/shell trade. Proven proficiency in reading blueprints, architectural drawings, and executing detailed takeoffs. Demonstrated competency utilizing Procore software for construction project or bid management. Advanced expertise working with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial calculations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for client and executive interactions. Preferred Qualifications & Experience More than 5 years of dedicated experience estimating storefront, curtain wall, and interior glass systems.
