Full-Time About Us We are a growing South Florida garden center and landscape supply company with three locations serving homeowners, landscapers, contractors, HOAs, property managers, and commercial customers. We specialize in sod, mulch, plants, trees, landscape materials, and installation services. We are looking for a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our business across all three locations. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and earning substantial commission income with no cap on earnings. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new residential and commercial customers Build relationships with landscapers, contractors, builders, HOAs, and property managers Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into sales Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and local business development Meet customers at job sites and provide product recommendations and estimates Sell sod, mulch, plants, trees, landscape materials, and related services Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Track sales activities and opportunities in company systems Collaborate with management and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service What We're Looking For Previous sales experience preferred (landscape, construction, nursery, building materials, or related industries is a plus) Self-motivated and results-driven Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable prospecting and creating new business opportunities Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Positive attitude with a strong desire to earn commission income Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Aggressive uncapped commission structure Company-generated leads provided Significant opportunity for income growth Established company with strong reputation and repeat customer base Opportunity to help drive growth across three locations Why Join Us?
