Job Description This position is a hybrid Estimator / Project Manager role, with a heavier emphasis on estimating. You'll play a key role in securing new work while also staying connected to project execution. Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and cost estimates Utilize tools such as PlanSwift and On-Screen Takeoff Support bid strategy and contribute to business development efforts Collaborate closely with ownership and field teams Provide project management support as needed, depending on project load Help ensure successful delivery of awarded projects MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Offer Base Salary:

$130,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
