Job Description Job Description Job Description Strathmore is hiring an experienced Estimator to support our residential builder operations. We are a fast-growing flooring, cabinet, paint and design firm with locations across the Southeast.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct take-offs which include cost for material and installation labor. Establish and maintain strong relationships with company vendors and clients. Provide consultation, coordination, customer service and assistance to our customers and internal personnel. Maintain detailed and organized records of bid documents, drawings, correspondence, and other project specific information.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience as an estimator, previous experience in the residential construction industry and flooring strongly preferred. Must be able to read, interpret, and understand architectural drawings and specifications. Proficient in RFMS Measure program with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Highly self-motivated Detail oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
