A well-established national commercial roofing contractor is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support growth in the Buford, GA market. The company provides full-service roofing solutions across a wide range of industries including commercial and multi-family properties, and is known for delivering dependable, high-quality solutions while building long-term client relationships nationwide. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a strong hunter mentality who enjoys identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. The position focuses on developing new business while managing and expanding relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and other key decision-makers. Candidates with experience selling into commercial facilities or adjacent trades such as HVAC, flooring, MEP, fire protection, restoration, or building services are strongly encouraged to apply. The role offers strong earning potential, the support of an experienced operations and estimating team, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a high-demand industry.Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and leveraging existing relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, maintenance teams, and other decision-makers. Perform on-site inspections to assess roofing conditions and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare and present customized proposals, bids, and contracts based on client needs. Collaborate closely with estimating, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor market trends, materials, competitors, and industry developments to strategically position services. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Track leads, opportunities, and activities within CRM software.Position Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience in commercial sales, facilities sales, construction sales, or account management within a related industry. Established network of industry contacts within commercial property management, industrial, healthcare, education, warehousing, logistics, or similar verticals. Understanding of commercial building systems and building envelope components, including roofing systems. Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, track activity, and report on sales performance. Ability to understand and communicate technical building solutions clearly to clients. Strong ability to qualify opportunities and evaluate project viability. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record with the ability to travel to job sites as needed. Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or roof access equipment during inspections and site walks.Why Join This Team:
