• Estimate commercial flooring projects
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints
• Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure accuracy of estimates
• Provide post-bid project management support Position Essential Job Functions
• Ability to accurately estimate project costs
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Position Skills
• 2-5 years of experience estimating commercial flooring projects
• Strong knowledge of the flooring industry
• Proficient in estimating software
• Excellent math and analytical skills Benefits
