Georgia Pay:

$50,000-$55,000 base + performance incentives Full-Time | In Person We're hiring a Commercial Estimator to support and grow our commercial division. This role is responsible for producing accurate, competitive bids and working closely with project managers and leadership to win work and drive revenue. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding painting company. What You'll Do Prepare detailed cost estimates based on plans, specs, and bid documents Perform takeoffs using tools such as Bluebeam Analyze project scope and develop competitive pricing strategies Coordinate with project managers to ensure estimates align with execution Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options Solicit and negotiate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors Conduct site visits when needed to verify conditions and scope Track and manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting deadlines Maintain organized records of bids, takeoffs, and project documentation What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in construction estimating (painting or related trades preferred) Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar estimating software Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and scope review Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and coordination skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to meet deadlines and handle bid volume consistently Preferred Experience in commercial painting or coatings Familiarity with GC bid processes and project workflows Strong negotiation skills with vendors and subcontractors Why Bravo Painting Fast-growing company with strong commercial pipeline Direct impact on company revenue and project backlog Opportunity for growth into senior estimating or preconstruction roles Training, support, and systems to help you succeed Health insurance Paid time off Schedule Monday to Friday (standard schedule) Additional time may be required to meet bid deadlines Work Location In person
