The successful candidate will maintain personal estimating production while enhancing estimating processes and supporting future department growth. Responsibilities Prepare accurate commercial paint and wallcovering estimates. Perform quantity takeoffs, pricing, scope review, and proposal preparation. Review plans, specifications, and contract documents. Coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors. Identify scope gaps, project risks, and value engineering opportunities. Manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously. Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors and industry partners. Perform bid follow-up and manage sales pipeline activity. Support backlog growth and negotiated opportunities. Assist with improving estimating systems, standards, and processes. Collaborate with operations and project management teams during project turnover. Support the mentoring and development of future estimating staff. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial Division 9 estimating experience preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial paint systems, coatings, and wallcoverings. Experience estimating commercial interior and exterior projects. Organization, and relationship-building skills. Experience with PlanSwift, OST, Bluebeam, or similar estimating software preferred. Valid driver's license.
