Senior Estimator - Façade / Building EnvelopeLVI are partnered with a fast-growing, market-leading building envelope / façade contractor known for delivering complex, high-profile projects across the Southeast.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a Senior Estimator who wants to take ownership of major bids, influence strategy, and play a key role in winning work and driving the company forward.
The RoleLead estimating efforts across a range of façade and exterior envelope projectsTake ownership of bids from initial take-offs through to final submissionWork closely with operations, leadership, and clients to ensure alignment throughout the preconstruction phaseSupport development and improvement of estimating processes and systemsMentor junior estimators and contribute to the overall growth of the teamLeverage market knowledge and relationships to help secure new workWhat We're Looking ForBackground in exterior restoration or new constructionStrong experience in estimating, ideally within a subcontractor or façade specialistAbility to manage multiple bids while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailStrong technical understanding across one or more of the following:
