Job Description

OneSparQ is looking for a Heavy Civil Estimator for a growing wastewater construction company in Smyrna, GA.
Responsibilities:
Proven mastery of the full pre-construction lifecycle from inception to final submission Expert-level command of structural and civil drawings, plans, and specifications Advanced proficiency in AGTEK for earthwork analysis and production estimates High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex cost-modeling and Bluebeam for digital takeoffs and document management Demonstrated success in evaluating and negotiating competitive proposals from subcontractors and vendors Deep understanding of market volatility and regional pricing trends across the
Southeast Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in an estimating position Oversee entire project (initial takeoff to final delivery presentations) Strong experience estimating projects of deep foundations & excavations Proficiency with
AGTEK Additional Skills:
Understanding/ experience negotiating the Southeast market landscape #priority
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
