We are growing and looking to add a full-time Project Coordinator & Estimator to our team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, motivated to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in construction management. The role provides hands-on exposure to estimating, project coordination, scheduling, client communication, and construction administration within the high-end residential construction industry. The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. We value team members who take initiative, communicate professionally, stay organized, and consistently follow through on tasks with a high level of accountability. This position offers strong opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company for the right individual. Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with quantity takeoffs, bid comparisons, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and project logistics
  • Take detailed notes during office meetings, site visits, and client meetings
  • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients regarding project updates and scheduling
  • Help ensure project timelines and deadlines are maintained
  • Assist clients with material selections, budgeting considerations, and project-related questions
  • Support overall project success through strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • Learn and assist with construction administration processes and project documentation Qualifications
  • Applicants must currently reside on Oahu
  • Construction administration or construction industry experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Financially literate with strong Excel skills, including formulas, budgeting, percentages, and cost tracking
  • Familiarity with construction units of measure, including linear feet, square feet, and feet/inches/fractions
  • Highly computer literate and comfortable learning new software platforms
  • Experience with construction management software such as Plan Swift, Procore, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated, dependable, professional, and eager to learn and grow
  • Ability to work closely with company leadership and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment
Compensation Salary:
$50,000 - $80,000 per year (Compensation commensurate with experience) Benefits
