Estimator / Project Manage - HVAC

Overview As one of the area's premier HVAC Contractors, we are seeking an knowledgeable, energetic and dedicated HVAC Estimator / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll drive the success of commercial and industrial HVAC projects from initial estimate to project completion. Your expertise will ensure accurate cost projections, effective project planning, and seamless execution. Responsibilities Prepare detailed construction estimates for HVAC projects using industry-leading state of the art software. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets that align with client specifications and company objectives. Manage all phases of project execution, including procurement, scheduling, site supervision and quality assurance on construction sites. Make customers for life! Requirements We are all about people. Proven people skills are a requirement. Knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and pricing agreements with vendors and subcontractors. Solid understanding of construction management principles, including cost control, scheduling and safety protocols on construction sites. Hands-on experience with construction site operations and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent (or above) communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, teams, suppliers and stakeholders.

Pay:

$62,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
