Job Description
Overview We are seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join our Rebar Fabrication Division. This role is responsible for preparing accurate estimates and managing project coordination from bid through delivery. Responsibilities Prepare timely estimates of quantities for fabricated reinforcing bar, wire mesh, and accessories Perform take-offs from provided drawings to determine quantities Confirm quotes, quantities, customer needs, fabrication timelines, and delivery schedules Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain a bid calendar and job file for tracking and communication purposes Ensure accurate estimating and keep all necessary parties aware of schedules Requirements 3+ years experience in construction, steel, or reinforcing industries Strong plan reading, comprehension, and take-off skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong math and multitasking skills Sound technical knowledge and strong decision-making skills Attention to detail with ability to meet fast-paced deadlines Strong customer focus
