Estimator Details:

Direct Hire position $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 /annually First Shift Prepare detailed project estimates using takeoffs, cost history, supplier pricing, and field input. Build project budgets and communicate bid details to management and field personnel. Coordinate estimating work for DOT, Federal Highway, municipality, city, and state projects. Independently estimate large projects ranging from $1M to $25M, with team leadership on larger bids. Review design options and recommend cost-effective solutions based on materials, engineering quality, and availability.

Estimator Qualifications:

Engineering degree or equivalent technical training and/or related experience. 3-7 years of construction, estimating, and construction management experience. Experience with DOT, Federal Highway, city, state, or municipality projects. Proficiency with estimating software, takeoff software, spreadsheets, B2W, CADD files, blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
