Pool Construction Estimator

Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Project Estimator to join our team! In this role, you'll support the sales team in promoting and selling swimming pools, pool products, and installation services. You'll follow up with and coming leads, and prepare sales quotes, build job portfolios, and communicate regularly with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the project management team and keep project schedule full. Gather plans/designs, parts list/pricing, contractor bids, and items needed to complete the project packet. Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project handoffs. Help with showroom displays and keep products clean, organized, and well-stocked. Greet and engage customers in-store, over the phone, or online. Provide information on product features, pricing, warranties, and installation timelines. Prepare sales quotes, invoices, and follow up on leads or inquiries. Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities. Project management software experience preferred. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
