Their team focuses on plan/spec and design-build work, and they're known for precision, innovation, and lasting client partnerships. They're looking for an experienced HVAC Estimator who knows how to put together clean, accurate, and competitive bids. If you're confident with takeoffs, sharp on job costs, and ready to join a team that values both technical skill and professional growth—this could be the perfect fit. What you'll be doing: Estimating HVAC scopes for commercial and light industrial projects Preparing bids for plan & spec, design-build, and design-assist opportunities Working directly with PMs, clients, and subs to develop cost-effective solutions Reviewing drawings, specs, takeoffs, and proposals to ensure accuracy and clarity Contributing during preconstruction and handing off clean budgets to operations Who you are: 5+ years as an HVAC Estimator in the commercial sector Comfortable bidding projects up to $5M+ Familiar with industry software, vendor pricing, and value engineering Reliable, organized, and confident in job cost breakdowns Local to the area and familiar with the Chicagoland market Why this team: We offer real stability, a collaborative team, and projects you'll be proud to be part of—across healthcare, office, TI, education, and more.
