Job Details What You'll Do:
Assist in preparing conceptual and detailed project estimates for multifamily developments Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing using plans, specs, and early design documents Support bid solicitation and leveling with subcontractors and suppliers Analyze project costs, budgets, and value engineering opportunities Collaborate with development, preconstruction, and operations teams Help maintain historical cost data and estimating databases Participate in project handoff meetings to operations teams
What We're Looking For:
1-5 years of experience in estimating, construction, or project engineering Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong interest in multifamily or residential development Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel; exposure to estimating software is a plus Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset Interested in hearing more?
