Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications for commercial flooring projects Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for projects ranging from small tenant improvements to large-scale developments Develop accurate labor scopes and project estimates for bidding and change orders Create shop drawings to support installation and project execution Collaborate with internal teams including pricing, project management, sales, and installation services Research flooring products, materials, and applications to ensure proper specification and availability

Qualifications:

Ability to put together takeoff summaries/bids 4+ years of relevant experience in estimating, construction, or related field (Bachelor's degree a plus) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specification documents Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and general estimating tools Familiarity with flooring materials is a plus but not required Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
