Pay Range:
$80,000-$90,000 (depending on experience)

What You'll Do Develop construction specifications, bid packages, budget cost estimates, construction schedules, permitting, etc as required to insure completion of projects on time and within budget
Estimates and schedules for multidisciplinary projects
Identify accurate estimates of rebar material, equipment, and labor for a project
Prepare estimates and perform takeoff while preparing and sending preliminary scope letters, bid forms and documents, to meet bid schedules
What You'll Need AutoCAD skills are a plus
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines, maintain a professional demeanor in all situations, and commitment to excellent customer services at all times
Ability to multitask and collaborate in a functional, technical, multidiscipline, high performing team to plan and meet aggressive deadlines
1-2 years of rebar experience including the ability to read blueprints
Your Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in area of specialty preferred
